WOW. Amazing service. Same day availability, the tech was at my house within hours of us calling. Andrey was quick to diagnose the issue, had the parts needing replacement on hand, and had my washing machine up and running like new in no time for a fraction of what it would have cost for a new one. He knew what he was doing and was extremely professional. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be using this service again, and recommending to all my family and friends!!

Was having a issue with my stove and gave A1 a call . Very fair business as he charged me the Minimal service call price to repair it. Highly recommended
Andre was great. On time. Called ahead. Had to come back (something had to thaw). Came back on time while calling ahead. Explained everything to where I understood. Also told me a lot about my refrigerator and the maker - and what to look out for. And the fee was lower than most.
After I arranged for service, I got a call when the service person was due to arrive. I was then asked to change the service date to two days later. I had initially told A-1 I needed the repair on the same day I contacted them. I decided to cancel the service because they could not come out soon enough. I wanted the level of service they advertised
I have used this company in the past and so today I called to get help with a disposal my step-dad installed. The man I spoke to was incredibly rude and flat out said, we don't help with disposals that are installed by someone else. Unless this company installs all disposals, that means if any other company or person installs a disposal they will not help you! They are an appliance company that will not help if you attempt to save money and install an appliance on your own. If that is their policy that would be fine, but the manner in which the customer service agent spoke to me was completely rude and condescending. I will never use them in the future.
Slow and rude service is what you get here.
