I was told my tile roof needed a drone inspection since tile is fragile and should not be walked on. It was the more expensive estimate service they offer. They did come out rather quickly for the estimate. However they called to ask about the payment for the estimate before they were willing to release the appraisal for my roof repair. Seemed shady and made me uncomfortable. Did not go with their services and won’t in the future.

I needed a minor roof repair and when I called ACS they were so very nice. The tech came out that day, repaired my roof, and politely handled the whole situation. I highly recommend ACS. Thank you.
Our roof needed repairs due to a lot of missing shingles and ACS Roofing was recommended by our insurance company. They were able to schedule us in within a week and had the repairs completed efficiently and even did some extras that wasn’t quoted! Terrific job! Thank you Amos!!
I think that ACS did a great job with our roof inspection. We have a metal roof and cannot walk on it. We agreed to have them do over two thousand dollars of maintenance on our roof. It only took their one workman a few hours to do the work. We thought that the estimate didn't adequately reflect the little amount of work he did. We thought there would be a couple of people for half a day. It seemed like a lot of money for very little work.
We had a roof leaf and was not sure where it was coming from and this company that we used before was just as helpful and response time was quick. They found the source of the leak and was able to fix it quickly and prices were reasonable.
