I was sold a package for multiple treatments. Appointments were difficult to get and often were canceled. When arriving for an appointment one would wait long after the appointment time; however, if one was a few minutes late, they would need to reschedule the appointment. Treatments depended upon the practitioner with one who was always looking to upsell on more or different treatments. Overall experience was poor.
