Not a bad place to shop. They usually have the basic and decent prices. Some customer service in the check out needs improvement. The checkers are sort of bland and definitely lack enthusiasm; however they haven’t been total jerks so I appreciate that part.
I've always had a positive experience at this Big Lots but today was so much better..Irma went out of her way to help me find an Email in my phone that saved me almost 30 bucks. I'm broke so that most definitely is extra highly appreciated.
It's Big Lots, you know? It's always clean and everyone is friendly and professional, but you can't count on them having specific items because it's an overstock store. It's not their fault, it's just that type of retailer. I do, however, find seasonal decorative things here for my home every time I visit: throw pillows, kitchen towels, holiday lights, etc.
