Let's start at the beginning of the experience. We arrived at 6:20 and stood in line until we were able to order at 6:43. We each ordered the Duo combo. None of the tables had been wiped down, we found the least messy one we could and sat down for a 30 minute wait. To be fair the cashier had warned us that our order would take 15-20 minutes. The first of three meals arrived, the other two were a few minutes later. The onion rings I paid extra for were cold and the sliders were right behind temperature wise. The trays they were served on were ice cold, so that didn't help. I ordered the Merguez and lamb patties. I could not tell the difference between them, so I'm not sure I got what I ordered. The sliders were good, though not as good as others like 5 Guys or Smash or... My son ordered a regular beef patty and a chicken breast patty. The chicken was huge and spiced with pepper. He enjoyed the sandwich a lot. Overall the food as just OK. I will not be going back anytime soon though. The wait is far too long and the food is not worth the 10/plate with that kind of wait This is not the place for a quick bite. Though I did not purchase a beer you should expect to pay 6 on average for a glass.

The food is to expensive for what you get.the food in my picture costs 28 on top of it they forgot to make us our food I waited 30 min for 2 burgers and 2 fries. The fries are just slices of small potatos you can see them in the pic as well. All in all I didnt have a bad experience but there is NO reason for me to return. 5 Guys is far better and Red Robbin is Far Far better. Red Robbin you get way more food bottomless fries for less money and a better atmosphere.
Best burgers in town without a doubt. On a scale from 1 through 10 I give it a 9.5. It was a nice environment with friendly people. Not fast food so don’t go in expecting your food to be served in minutes. Owner was engaging and polite. Had no problems except portion sizes were small.
I ordered the Duo burgers, which are basically two sliders sized burgers. They were delicious. The staff were friendly and the wait time was minimal for a Monday. They have free kid Mondays, so your kids can order a kids' meal (5.99) -3 oz burger or chicken strips, fries, and drink. They also have vegetarian and gluten free options.
Just all right-- albeit the crew was new and pretty obviously not all the process kinks had been worked out (we waited over twenty minutes for our food). The menu looks interesting, but we all chose ground beef. It was way over cooked. Good beefy flavor, but tough and chewy. In fairness, I'll go back in a couple of weeks and update my review.
The owner and staff is awesome here! Food is always made with pride and the freshest ingredients. It's a great place to get a great tasting burger and shake and not feel exhausted after eating yourself into a coma lol.
5 star food. 1 star shake. 3 star speed. 5 star service because the manager came over to check on how the food was. We had burgers and chicken wings. Very good. It was their first day open....so I think overall, it was a good experience.
Decided to give this place a try because it is a new restaurant close to work. First as soon as I started ordering, I was told that they were out of their fries/chips, so they could only give us wedge fries. Fine, I begin to order a burger to be interrupted telling me they were out of beef. . . A burger place out of beef. Went ahead and ordered chicken wings instead and a drink. Went to the soda machine and EVERYTHING was out except for diet drinks and Minute Maid stuff. I let the manager know, and she looked at me and said, “did you want something else?” I said any normal soda would be fine. She came around and looked at the machine, put in a new cartridge of coke, shut the machine and walked away. The coke on the machine was still out, she came back to look at it and said “oh, that’s strange” and walked away again. No offer for a refund on my nearly 4 drink, not even an apology. Better yet, when other customers came in, they kept offering them drinks without even telling everyone. After about 5 people complained, I saw them give one person a refund. After about 40 minutes, my chicken came out, and it was ... decent? Definitely not bad, definitely not great, but definitely NOT worth the wait or price. I coughed up the experience to the restaurant being new, but gave it one more shot last week. Soda machine worked fine, and they had all food options available. Still long wait and not great service, food was again... decent.
