Awesome customer service, ladies!! I stopped going to this location a few years ago after repeated bad experiences. Glad I went for another try. The ladies were pleasant and professional at the same time! No more driving to Arden!!

Jayden is super sweet and helpful. I told her I was a bit nervous getting new ear piercings and she was really gentle. The piercings hurt and she was kind enough to apply the cleaning solution right away. She informed me on how to take care of new ear piercings too. Im happy with how my new piercings look and overall, a pleasant experience : )

We had a great experience today at this Claire’s in Elk Grove! Troi was very helpful and kind, and made my 7 year old feel comfortable leading up to her ear piercing, and told her she rocked after she shed a few tears... clean and sanitized location, I would recommend this location or Troi to others!

First time at this location. I recently got my eyebrow pierced and lost the ball to my jewelry. The lady that was there was VERY helpful. She helped me fix my piercing, because I was very nervous.
