We checked around a lot before deciding and I am so glad we chose Closet Factory! Jenny G. is a wonderful designer - she thought of everything! We are very happy with Closet Factory quality. The installation was seamless. I also appreciate how they followed up after the install to make sure everything was perfect. I love my new closets!

We did his and her master bedroom cabinets in our walk closets. Jenny did a great job designing each side and the installation team did a great job. We believe we got great value and a quality product. We would highly recommended using this firm.

I LOVE OUR CLOSET! The design process was excellent! I can tell by the finished product that Trisha \gets me\ and designed for my needs unlike others I have attempted to do this with in the past who seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Trisha is a pro of pros and I would highly recommend working with her. The quality of the finishes and fixtures are beautiful (and I never stepped into a showroom!). The installer Fred's work was high quality and he paid attention to details unlike several other people that we've hired to do work on other home projects in the past. He also worked VERY hard and probably did 20K steps per day out in the heat back and forth to truck and tools! His communication was great too as far as time of arrival, questions, etc. My only regret is that I didn't get more slatwall - it's genius and I would not have thought of using it without the suggestion. It's my new favorite thing and I keep finding new uses for it! :-) The closet is what I dreamed of and once I started loading things in and organizing it, the practical use was perfect for our needs!
My new closet was a 20 year old dream come true. Cindy made everything from start to finish easy. I knew I was in good hands with Cindy. Her attention to detail was spot on! I feel like a new woman. Thank you for making my dream closet come true.
