Great staff, always a great time when we come in whether with kids or friends. Great way to kill time while doing some shopping and something artful. :)

I was greeted right away. They explained how their studio worked and pricing. Lots of pieces to choose from and paint also. Many paint brushes and different tools available to create your personal piece. No rushing at all, takes a week for final product. Great for all ages and occasions. Can be expensive depending on piece chosen and difficult if you're indecisive.

I went for a child's birthday party, it seem very "congested" in the store. Seating was tight. The person that helped with the party, seemed overwhelmed, she was nice and helpful, but maybe they needed to have 2 people per party of 10 guests. The pricing on ceramics seems a little spendy too. It was fun however, maybe better with smaller group or Girls Night.

they lost my daughter's piece from her 8th birthday party. The owner personally called and authorize for my daughter to pick any piece to paint. That was so nice of her to call me.

Overpriced. Too controlled of an environment. You can only pick a limited number of colors, and they give you such small quantities of paint, you have to keep asking for more. You also pay a painting fee per person on top of paying the hefty pottery prices.

My daughter and I went on a Saturday. No appointment needed. We chose our ceramic pieces, brushes, and 7 different paint colors to start with. The staff refilled our paint as many times as we needed it. This place has a back room for private paint parties.
