I have never been more disappointed in a Doctor. Somehow my emergency room follow up became all about how Dr. Belcher was, not me. It was so very strange. Our family is changing Doctors immediately. I like Dignity Health, but I will never see Belcher again.

Staff here have always been great and very friendly!..but I went through the flu clinic drive up recently with my children and must say its a bit all over the place, the only PPE they were wearing was masks and gloves, even saw employees entering patient vehicles entirely. Not sure if they are all medical assistants but they definitely need more training especially on IM technique. It was no good! Training and experience are high qualities recruiters should be looking for at such an organization!

This review is for my daughter doctor. Mrs. Overby she is the best and absolutely amazing at her job. Her assistant Theresa is also great. They are at this hospital on Thursday and Friday.

Perhaps it depends on why you are there and at what time of the day. I went there yesterday (Wednesday) at 7 a.m. for a hernia operation. The receptionist was indeed alone, but she invited me right away to complete some paperwork. After that I waited in the lobby for five or six minutes before I was admitted inside to prepare for surgery. It was the nicest hospital I've ever been in. One of the nurses told me the building is five years old, but everything looked brand new. The staff was very professional, cheerful and helpful. It was like being in a five-star hotel!

Here with my sister for the second time within days because Elk Grove Dignity Health (EGDH) couldn’t identify what is wrong. All tests came out negative but the reoccurring fever just wouldn’t let up. EGDH checked her in to give her fluids and pain medication. After laying here getting her fluids she needs to use the restroom. We can’t figure out how to get her unplugged from everything. I go out and find that there are over eight staff working at the surrounding desk area at 2:30AM on a Monday. I don’t know who the nurse is because they didn’t write it on the room board. I approach different nurses and staff and no one can help unhook her so she can use the bathroom. All staff only one person can do it, the nurse. So no one is trained to unplugged someone from their IV to use the restroom?? I wish my sisters health care provider is Kaiser Permanente. That is a healthcare provider with high quality standards and awesome bedside manner service.

Just try to make a doctor's appointment. It's over 1 hr and still on hold for customer service for an appointment. Better off going to urgent care .
