Dr. Frei is the Best Doctor I have been to in a very long time. She is a great Family Doctor! She listened to me and is not over bearing. I saw her when she was in Lake County. Dr. Frei has been my family doctor for years. She has always been responsive to any of my 100s of questions for my kids or for myself. Many times if she is busy, her knowledgeable staff are able to answer my questions. She is the rare doctor that spends more than enough time with you to answer all of your concerns. I highly recommend her.

Rude receptionist. Terrible service. Performed unauthorized tests. Took my daughter in for a sports physical. 2 weeks later got a bill for 246 for chlamydia test. Receptionist was uncooperative and extremely rude, told me I'd have to come back tomorrow to contest bill. Never heard of such a thing. This practice is unprofessional in every way. Completely disappointed.
