I had a check engine light on and they said it was a possible ecm... it turned out to be a relay after I took my car to another place. Don't go here.
I'm usually treated pretty well, but unfortunately today I called to get my tire changed as Austin told me today due to waiting for my tire to come in that was ordered and when I called I spoke with Art that stated in a very rude manner that I can come on Saturday. I let him know Austin let me know to drop my car off Thursday, today, and Art, again, very rudely and as if it was an inconvenience to him, "well, its going to take a while." I've never experienced this at this company and am quite shocked that I was spoken to as if what was going with my vehicle didn't matter.
Only truck oil change no trailer lube 436 so expensive!!!!!! Don't go this place speedco cheap than this place.....
Tried to over charge me for services I didn't need. Approximately 3500 worth. They just lost a customer. I had been going there for 6yrs for just regular maintenance and the moment I actually had a problem they quoted me a ridiculous amount for things my car did not need. I took my car to an another mechanic who only fixed and charged me for services needed which were less than 800.
The place cant handle even the most basic request without weeks in advance booking. Could care less about the customer experience, considering I also bought my vehicle from them. I would strongly caution against using this dealer. I know they will not see more business from me unless I absolutely have no other choice.
Washed the truck after service. In and out with no problem.
Great service, great turn around.
