Don't EVER RENT here! Company is charging me for 'normal wear and tear'. I'm being charged 200 for a plumbing repair deemed 'tenant caused'. Massive grease build up is what they are saying. It could have been a previous tenant! Lived here 5 years and have never needed plumbing service for the sink. It's reasonable that in anyones sink there's going to be some grease build up. Hence, normal wear and tear. It's not right.

SO NICE!
Walls are thin, can hear everything from neighbors and cannot hang anything safely. Spider problem. No play area for kids. Good location near Elk Grove park. Small pool is old but kept well maintained but the lounge chairs are not. Management is slow to respond until you call the corporate office. The lock stopped working at one point and we were locked out. They do allow small pets for a large deposit. Assigned parking is not in front of your own apartment even though spaces are right out your own door. All in all its okay not great and too high of rent for what you get.
I drive from bay area to visit my mom and get harassed by the managers husband who is a convicted felon and is the maintenance man..Property is un maintained side walks are not safe and the roofs of the apt units have rot and holes that can be seen every where..would not recommend this place to any one unless you want a thief going into your apt to work..
