I have lived here for five years, since a new manager has taken the responsibility, place has been running smoother and most importantly with a professional manner. Thank you! For treating us with respect and reasonably fair.
I have been a resident since May 2012. I was originally in building 3 #322. Due to having knee surgery I had to move from the second floor to the first floor, in building 6 #615. Since I have officially been here eight years, My rent in #615 has been increased three times. The first one 774, 782, 820, now 860. I am on disability for my asthma issues, I receive payments on the 3rd of each month. By the way I have not been late since I have been here at Geneva Pointe Apartments. I would like an explanation for these increases. Your rent increases are three plus quarters of my SSDI income.
If I could I wouldn't even give this place one star do not come here worse apartment complex ever and they are impossible to get into.its in the get o of elk Grove as well not safe area and the apartments are dumpy looking as well I wouldn't give them a penny.also management is rude as well and doesn't reply back to your email if you have questions. Go somewhere else do not come here worse place in elk Grove ever
I lived in Geneva for 1 year it was the worst Apartment experience i had ever had. During my stay there i witnessed alot of \Ghetto\ type people Loud music,kid's playing outside all hours of the night,High School kid's from Monterey Trail High School hanging out on the Stairway's all the time morning and the afternoon so u knew they were Cutting class alot of activity i reported to Management \Lusy and Lisa\ they were very Scary and didn't do much about the activity that was going on in the Complex.Sometimes i would come home in the Evening or Afternoon and i could smell\ Marijuana\ in the halls. I had some upstairs neighbors that were Illegally living in the apartment above me they were Russians and Blacks 2 family's living one Apartment making noise,smoking Weed etc. They would constantly make noise and got their kids to Stomp the floor's to aggravate the stay even worse this was due to myself going into the management office to report them so the noise got worse the more i reported, the noise got worse nothing was never done about it long story short, Lucy and Lisa knew that these two family's were living in the same Apartment doing such things. Management even got mad @ me and tried to Reverse it like everything was my fault n the mean time i'm paying rent on time, i even paid for Garage,Washer n Dryer etc. I never had such a bad experience n my life i even told Management that i would Never Refer anyone to live there. When i moved out of the Apartment i cleaned the apartment Lusy the manager made all kinds of excuses to keep my 500.00 deposit to get even with me... Run like hell, don't ever live there i'd rather live in Del paso Heights!!!!! This Complex is Conveniently located in Elk Grove but it is a complete Ghetto Jungle nightmare....It's true you get what u pay for!!
