Carlos Colima is very professional, nice, and friendly roofing contractor. He responded promptly to my phone call. Angel, Atanacia, and Ryan did a wonderful repairing job & replaced dry rot & new gutters on our home. Every commitment that Angel made, he and his crew executed 100% and more. They are very friendly, professional, super hard-working, and super easy to work with. They finished on time& cleaned up very well. Their price was great, competitive, and on budget. Angel is very nice professional with great personality. He is honest, generous, dedicated, kind & super easy to communicate with. He goes out of his way to perform an excellent job and more. I am Very IMPRESSED with the whole staff from day one to the finish. I had 3 bids from reputable companies. Not only were they very competitive on their price but their service was awesome. The crew was respectable and cleaned up after each day. They did the job within 5 days due to the weather condition and the roof looks great! One thing I learned was to make sure you investigate the companies and what they offer. Grandmark Roofing bid included everything and there were no surprises. Great Company, I would use them again!

I had a small leak that was hard to diagnose. One company inspected the roof and the attic and could not find the source of the spotting on my kitchen ceiling. The problem was worse with the onset of the next rains. Carlos Colima at Grandmark Roofing diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes on the roof, noting that when I had my vents cleaned last year the technician must have flattened the lead flashing from its curved positioning, allowing water to leak into one of the staples in the tar paper beneath it. Simply restoring the curve of the lead, solved my issue! Thanks Carlos!
Angel from Grand Mark Roofing did a great job repairing our roof, all looks great, and for a reasonable price, all work was done on the same day as the estimate, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
