The service is super friendly. Even though they don't really have waiters, the staff asked us if we needed anything and gladly took care of my request. The food is always top notch, fresh, and delicious. I love that it's real, nutritious food too. This is a great place for a quick, casual lunch, although it's a little bit on the pricey side.

Went on 4/14/18, Saturday lunch. The place was bustling with people but the line ran efficiently. Food really good. Friendly service. Enjoyed the pesto chicken sandwich and salmon bowl salad with my sister. We halved each other's food to share and it was plenty with leftover.

I ordered through DoorDash.... I ordered the mixed turkey plate. The turkey was dry. My plate consisted of mostly mash potatoes. Very little ( dried) turkey. They gave me a small amount of gravy, unfortunately because that would’ve been great if there was more to smother the dry turkey and massive amount of potatoes. Also the Mac and cheese was lacking in cheese. I was eating macaroni with a hint of cheese... The downtown Jacks is great and I will go in person to that location and never to the Elk Grove location!

Ate at this location twice. Both times the food was extremely disappointing. It looked like scraps from the parts you throw away on the Turkey. It was dry and prepared sloppy. I thought I might have just got them at a bad time. But when we tried it again unfortunately we had the same results. Even the vibe is stressed and unhelpful here. Management should really look in at the quality of food being served at this location. Definitely subpar.

Food was good. Place was busy. Food arrived in about 20 minutes. Had to ask for silverware. Overall a decent experience.

Today was the worst salad they ever made. They put a ton of lettuce and hardly any of the toppings. I rarely complain but for a 13 salad it can't be this bad. My son says they have new people in there well they need some serious training..
