This has been the worst care of my life experienced with Sutter. It’s a disappointment that Dr. Garrett is willing to let his patients go through severe withdrawals of controlled substances when he messed up on the refill in the first place. When we tried to reach out to his office after hours Dr. Garrett refused to refill the medication until his normal business hours letting my husband go without. Their recommendation to deal with the withdrawals were to go to the ER. So we can get billed for a huge ER visit instead of someone refilling it as requested. Shameful practice. These doctors are not held accountable.

Dr. Garrett is conscientious and knowledgeable plus uses practical treatment that makes sense. He has helped me with my blood pressure issues and suggested a life style change before prescribing more medication. This has really helped a lot and I feel that I am on the right track. Highly recommended.
