Oil change
Very poor communication. I went in for an oil change and told the person helping me just to do oil change and oil filter only. I didn't want any other services provided even the free ones. They didn't honor my request and started doing all the checks they do. I ended up leaving with under inflated tire and had to stop at a gas station to inflate it. That is the reason why I requested them not to do anything else. Also while taking my car out of the bay they shifted into drive before the car could start all the way. Very unprofessional service.

Robert was amazing. Great customer service. These guys changed my oil and had me done in 20 minutes. Robert showed me the inspection on my car and even showed me the air filter. Honest people at this shop. I will be back. Thanks guys
These guys are really very slow. I wanted to do inspection of my car for UBER and they took 1.5 hours to do inspection and it was not very busy. Only 2 cars were ahead of me... They can finish it within half an hour but they are really slow... Do not care about their customers..: I will never recommend this jiffy lube to anyone... it may be harsh review for them but definitely it will help them to improve their services and customer care if they will take it positive... I thing I would like to mention that no one did inspection under my car then ramp is not required then why they wait for other cars to finish their oil change or something else. They can do inspection where as two guys were free and they were just relaxing in the office...
I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change as I have a trip coming up in a few weeks. My car was actually not due for an oil change this soon and I was advised by Mr. Judd of this and he offered to check my oil level, etc. When Mr. Judd returned to show me the oil level and color of the oil in my car, he told me it was almost a quart low and he would refill for me. After completing the service, Mr. Judd told me that the car was ready and escorted me back to my car. He asked me where I was going on my trip and he told me I should be fine and not need to get oil changed for another 2000 miles when it is due based on the synthetic oil being used in my car. He was very polite and the store was clean and efficient when I was there Saturday morning. Great customer service was displayed by everyone that helped me. I’m a repeat customer at this Jiffy Lube.
Came in for oil change oil filter, simply asked them to do just oil changeoil filter and don't want any complementary services because we handle it on our own. When they started the car he shifted the gear before the car was fully started. Changed the seats setting, it takes forever to set it for some one with back problem. They actually took air out of the tire because the air pressure light wasn't on when we got there and it was on when we got in the car. We had to put the air on our own just to make sure of the pressure. He told us that he put the air according to the cars manufacturers recommendation, but the cars manufacturer recommendation is 32psi but when i checked at chevron it was 25psi. I recommend nobody to come here.
