Dr. Satter is very kind and caring. She listens to me and makes suggestions without making me feel guilty. She also congratulated me for the progress I have made, which was nice. The location is very convenient with lab, radiology, pharmacy all in one location. Dr. Satter’s office responds to emails (and even phone messages) very quickly, which is so helpful.

One of my favorite kaiser to go to since it’s closed to my house. But it displease me is when they cut down all the trees in the parking lots and replace them with solar panel. The arrangement and newly operating hours is very inconvenient and makes it difficult to get things down with blood tests, X-ray, and ect.

I was treated so rudly at check in to radiology. 1. I was chastised for being early when I live over 1 hour away and need to drive over several bridges that are sometimes up to allow dhops and boats through. I did not bring my change in with me as i was told to check in and that I would be going to a trailer in the parking lot. When i inquired about my change and I explained several times that it was in my car, the person checking me in said that they were not up to it today I am used to the Vacaville facility where it is much cleaner and staff is much nicer.

This is my first time in this location. So clean and all staffs are very friendly including doctor and nurses. I saw doctor David Kim today.He is very nice and care , explain for me everything to understand. Thump up At kaiser

Parking lot is spacious and navigating the office was easy. If you schedule your appointments online, they generally let you know exactly where you need to be. My doctor also attended me promptly and the nurse who did my shots was super nice. First impression is: this is a great medical office with courteous staff, without the hassle and stress of unpredictable wait times.

I came to get my xrays and it was my first time at this location. Every employee that I met for their area was friendly and helpful.

I was supposed to have a telephone appointment on 3/6/20. I didn't get a call from the doctor and I have to call again. My second appointment was scheduled later in the evening. I normally get good service from Kaiser, but this was very disappointing especially when I haven't been to the doctor lately. Also, there was no appointments available at both EG facility and South Kaiser.

Dr frisbee in optometry is a very kind man. Very thorough and explains every step of the way. Answers my questions as if he has all day with me.
