Although the facility is new and great condition but the layout is absolutely stupid and confusing. The lab and X-ray area is literally right in the middle of the hallway and next to the entrance to the pediatric department. Everyone and everything is all crammed into such small area making very little space for social distancing .

Very clean! I just left from having my Pap smear completed. The staff were prompt, no long waits. I have an early morning appointment, but have experienced long waits at other kaiser facilities even when having a scheduled appointment. Lab staff were friendly and inviting. I will be looking into switching my doctor and primary care facility to this one. Great experience and I feel like my paid membership is worth having this experience every time

It's so convenient having my Primary Care Physician located at the same building as the pharmacy, vision, lab and xray departments. For the most part, lines are not too long, and the staff works very fast and efficiently to ensure you are not waiting very long for any blood or imaging testings and/or when picking up a prescriptions either being new or just a refill
