I called dignity health to make an appointment. The lady who picked up the phone was yelling loud, not listening to what my need was, and she obviously had all my information from my health insurance, but she wanted to go over them with me which is a routine process and it was ok with me, but she was not listening and only talking loud and fast as if she didn’t care what my response or request was. I told her at one point that the way she talks to me is not a good impression of the dignity health. She said “Oh well..” she told me that she set me up for an Video call with a nurse practitioner for SEP-29, and well send me a zoom link which she never did. But a day before the appointment she left me a voice message that my appointment will be in person at 7:45 am. I showed up in clinic on time but they told me that I missed my video call with the Dr. . Once checked latter with the mercy group, she changed my correct email and telephone no that were on file with something that never belonged to me.
