I have been coming here 2 years. The instructors are excellent, knowledgeable and engaging. Many athletes work out here, but you will also find all ages and a multicultural clientele. I have issues with my knees and wrists and the exercises are tailored to accommodate these issues. Classes include much more than Pilates. I always feel great at the end of class.
