Mystic Mountain

I find it crazy how crazy and over priced they can be especially for 2nd hand. Doesn’t help the staff is snappy most of the time and doesn’t really want to be bothered with questions. I get they have to sort and buy used but for shoppers there we might have a question.. hit or miss most of the time unfortunately.

They have a lot of good baby, big girl, baby boy's and big boys clothing along with so much more items pricing is pretty cool and customer service is pretty cool they are helpful

I don’t usually do this but this place is unbelievable. They are so disrespectful, they never pick up the phone. I have never seeing customer service this bad, at least try a little bit, seriously people it won’t hurt you to help someone.

This place has completely changed for the worse since new management took over , everything is over priced , new staff sucks

I prefer Arden location. This place is very cluttered and disorganized, racks are full to where it’s hard to look through and since new management took over the items I notice are becoming very expensive.

Brought in a bunch of newborn - 12 month clothes, walker, playpen, bath tub, etc. Well over 100 items. They only took 9 items and advised that they only went through a couple bags. We up the clean clothes in clear bags and to us, it seemed like they were lazy to go through it all. They put our items to the side and only looked at the larger items (walker, playpen and bath tub). They said they don't take bath tubs... I don't recommend this place due to the fact that the workers were lazy and rude. The place was cramped. There was very little space to walk around. Better off to drop of at Goodwill instead.
