First appointment here. Front office was great with helping me sign in. While I was waiting my daughter name was called. We were walk in by one of the lady with grey hair. No name and what she does to let me know. Then she bring us to a room not letting us know what we are doing. Does the weight, height, blood pressure, and hearing. As a parent of a patient, it’s best to let someone know what you are going to do first instead of just doing it. We go to a room and wait. Couple minutes later she comes in and just poke for blood on a finger and ask for a urine. No, hi I would need to draw blood for this and a urine for that. Door was left open when she comes in. What if I didn’t agree to getting her blood or tested for anything. I wasn’t aware on what was going on. We waited over an hour in the office for the doctor. After waiting, doctor comes in. Doctor was amazing and letting me know everything was great and why they needed blood. Next Ma that came in to give my daughter shot was amazing. Big issue was the introduction on who you are, what you are doing, and update the parent on waiting time. Also big hipaa violation with the door being open when anything being done and a camera that you can see facing the way in the room.

Took my son here for annual physical and the medical assistant Thelma is very rude. She's the older white hair asian lady. She doesn't know how to talk to kids and treated my son like a drug addict or like she's a police officer instructing a criminal what to do. She's not nice and shouldn't be working with kids.

My family recently moved to the area and I was looking to set my kids up with Dr. Maulino, when I first called I could barely hear the receptionist who was not very friendly then when I was called back after they checked my insurance the lady was giving me a hard time because I wanted to set up my kids next appointment, which isn't due until July, she wouldn't allow me to set up an appointment in the future, saying they would wonder why I was setting up the appointment so early...what? My kids would be due for check ups obviously. She asked me to hold and I just got fed up and hung up. I cannot believe how awful their customer service is, definitely not where I want my kids to go if this is how they treat people.

Took my son here 6/11/18 to get his shots for school. They said to leave the paperwork with them and they will have it ready three days later. My husband came back today (6/14/18) and the receptionist Irma was very rude to him, told him they don't have the paperwork. I went to the office and ask them to look for it and they somehow found it in two minutes or less. No apology nothing. Just an attitude. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY SON BACK HERE. NOR WILL I REFER THEM TO ANYONE! They obviously think they are better than their customers.
