Dr. Potter and his staff are the best! He helped adjust me after a car accident about 10 years ago and he is still the only person I trust to make me feel better when life’s aches and pains get me down. My husband has a very physically demanding job on top of old creaky bones from many years of sports and Dr Potter has always been his go to for an adjustment and his favorite place to get a massage. Dr. Potter and all his team are some of the nicest people you’ll meet, they truly treat their clients like family and have your best interests at heart.

Dr. Potter has been a key factor in maintaining my chiropractic health. After a thorough questioning of my concerns and complaints, adjustsments are a jiffy. He's not one to harp on additional treatment unless necessary and definitely welcome questions on stretches and at home treatments to prevent flare ups. The staff are friendly and straight forward without feeling extra sell-y. Massages are awesome but fo schedule ahead!

A few days ago I had a serious car accident on freeway. Thank God I didn't break a bone or have internal problems, but I did have severe pain in my neck, back, left leg, and a terrible headache. My first appoitment went really bad, but from the time I arrived until I left, Dr. Potter and his incredible team of professionals made me feel so much better physically and emotionally. They are all super nice, funny, and did a fantastic job treating my ailment, especially making me feel better physically. I highly recommend Potter Chiropractic.

I'm a work comp patient, I have chronic pain. I feel as though I was treated like Iike an second class citizen because of it. Andrea is always rude to me on the phone, I guess because she's so busy or stressed who knows, no effort was made to accommodate me. I had to do all the foot and phone work just to try to get my one hour massages (instead of the half hour they would only give me). My pain management doctor specifically stated, in writing one hour, my adjustor approved an hour in writing as well and EK health stated one hour in writing. I'm done.. There are two other chiropractors in town that only give hour massages, nothing less, I'm moving on. You've lost my business and my respect. You're customer service is horrible.

Very nice Dr. Very nice. But the place is extremely outdated. The older lady staff is biased and nicer to their regular customers. The facility itself, needs a cleaning. It is just extremely old, and with COVID the staff does not seem to deep clean, seems as if their jobs are just to answer phones. The massage chairs are outdated, you can buy better ones from offerup to relax. With COVID, cleanliness matters and this place needs more. Dr. Potter is a nice man, quick job of the same alignment practices.

Amazing atmosphere, both staff, massuess and Dr Potter were so awesome.. Very super friendly and funny...
