The cockroach situation brings me misery. There is a serious problem. Many other tenants are experiencing this issue as well. The bimonthly 'pest spray' is like placing a band-aid on a gaping wound. It isn't enough. Management isn't adequately addressing the problem. Their apparent disinterest is very off-putting. I look forward to moving out as soon as possible. I wish they would be as motivated to rectify the issue as they are in maintaining their social media appearance.
Good place
Staff never fix things that they are supposed to and office members specially the manager are very rude. The manager will orally agree to things and then do the opposite or something else completely so beware and make sure everything is in writing. Email staff when ever possible.
Bug problems are resolved long time ago but didn't get a chance to come edit my review so here I am doing. Now I am a happy customer. As I had mentioned before apartments are very nice love living here...
for the review from CARL -he WAS an employee who hasn't worked or lived there in at least over a YEAR!! Or more lol and just put a review up 2 months ago. WOW. SO yessssss they absolutely do put up fake reviews! AND if you look at the little tiny picture he is blowing out smoke!! I bet its not cigarette's.. lol!! Why doesn't it say he is a maintenance guy?
I don't live here, but everytime I inquire about the availability they always respond.
I live next to people that can't seem to keep themselves off the bedroom wall! It's fighting! I've heard the noise! To try and report it to the office staff, just not worth more aggravation. Ugh! Nonsense, just nonsense!
