It's a truck yard warehouse. Lots of trailers, trucks, and freight. My shipment arrived on time and in good shape. Can't ask for more. Call them before you go & verify your shipment is there and they know you are coming. If you do that should be a smooth process.

Had to go here to pick something up as it could not be delivered to my business. Staff was super friendly, helpful and easy to work with.
Not real obvious how to get in and pick up a package. I had a freight delivery sent here and went to pick it up. It looked like they were closed, no way to get in. I found a phone number on a laminated piece of paper outside one of the gates, called it, and they opened the gate. Once inside, you have to park by the rack of forklift propane tanks, walk inside the warehouse, and then there's a window where you can talk to somebody. A \customer pickup\ sign with an arrow would go a long way.
Got a call from driver saying they wont come up my road. I explain where I will meet him on the hi-way and he refuses. Driver feels \unsafe\. I meet 40' Trucks there for over 22 years and this driver feels \unsafe\ I took a video of this area as proof but can not post it here. I did see on Yelp just what others think. Dispatch called and only defended the driver so this poor customer service is not just a driver issue. I am letting my supplier know just what horrible reviews the company the choose to represent them are.
Took delivery yesterday of a 500lb DR brush mower from the back of a Saia tractor trailer truck. The woman who set my appointment was very professional and courteous. She said the delivery near my home would be between 12-6 pm. I would get a call from the truck driver 1 hour before delivery. The driver called me at 11am and told me he would be there in approx. 1 hour. At 11:50am I drove down to the intersection (500' from my home) and waited. Truck arrived at 12:00pm on the dot. The driver was also very helpful and courteous as well.
