I just had a consult today as I have not been feeling well for 3 days. My left ear feels clogged. NP Susie checked my ear and my diagnosis was Eustachian tube dysfunction. She told me that it could be from allergy or from the smoke. I took an allergy meds when I got home and after few minutes my ear felt better. We always have excellent service when we come here.

Unprofessional and incompetent staff. 83 yr old mother had a cold then developed a sinus infection. Her doctor could not see her until end of week. Staff at her doctors office recommended 1 of 3 of their walk in clinics. Arrived at Elk Grove Walk in at 9 am. Mom gave her name, her primary care doctors name and stated she needed to be seen for a sinus infection. Girl at desk said people had made appt on line and could not see her until 10:20. Left for a while and when we returned they refused to see her. Said the doctor there was looking at moms records and that since she had seen an ear doctor 4 weeks prior she had to contact them and be treated by that office. We asked what does being fitted for a hearing aid have to do with a sinus infection? All the girl at the desk could say was I'm sorry. The ear doctor she saw was only for a hearing test to be fitted for a hearing aid. Left extremely unhappy could not believe they refused to treat her and drove back home. Called hearing aid doctor and was told they did get a call from Sutter Walk clinic but they said mom was there complaining of ear pain and they were concerned something happened during the hearing test. Sutter Walk In did not tell them she was there for a sinus infection. NEVER did mom say anything at Sutter Walk In about ear pain. That was a completely fabricated lie. Will NEVER recommend anyone go to his place. Took mom to Sutter Urgent Care in Sacramento where she was actually seen and treated.

Came here and they told me my daughter was perfectly fine and the next day I took her somewhere else because she still didn’t seem right and she end up having the flu do not come here waste of money they can’t prescribe any medication and they don’t even do a thorough check on the kids

Made an appointment on the phone with somebody very friendly. I got in on time, and out quickly. My insurance paid for it. I only wish I knew that this place existed long ago. It's saved me from driving from Elk Grove to Roseville to see my doctor. Very convenient!
