I visited during the afternoon of January 4th and I will never return again. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, it was unprofessional and the girl who did my hair was extremely rude and would repeatedly whisper jokes to another stylist. I’ve never experienced this level of poor service in my life . I DO NOT recommend this place for any poc with 3a-c/4a-c curly hair types . You will not feel welcomed !! Trust me—it’s been 6 months and I haven’t forgotten the poor service I received .

My cousin had came here twice last year for her junior prom and she had an amazing experience she loved the girl that did her makeup and everything so this time around she wanted to get both her makeup and hair done thinking it will be the same experience.. nope nothing like it, the girl we believed that did her hair and makeup (Her name is star)was new cause she didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing at all, asked “Angie” how would she make her hairstyle Hold and everything “Angie” ended up starting it for her. The way she curled my cousins hair was basically something we could have done at home nothing like the way she wanted it too overall it was a horrible experience really didn’t care for anything ended up having to go home and help fix my cousins hair ourselves (came out better then the original hairstyle).

I was visiting my parents, and wanted to treat myself with a blow out. My first impression was the front desk guy who was pleasant, and sat me down right away. Stacey was my stylist, and she did a wonderful blowout, but she didn't even ask me what my name was until the middle of the service. Felt very impersonal, like I was there and needed to leave. There was no warm welcome or hand shake. Great blow out, but I didn't feel taken care of as a person. I am actually a stylist which I do not like to disclose to the person doing my hair(15 year veteran), and business owner in Los Angeles. I guess I have different expectations on how a client should be greeted and treated. Love that they use Bumble and bumble, but the salon itself is cluttered and worn down looking. Very dirty down by my feet. So overall good, but definitely room for improvement.

Random google search for my wedding hair and makeup found me this amazing salon... I cant thank enough stacy [Manager n Hair stylist] for all her help and adjusting nature. My wedding was on Tuesday and they are usually closed but on special request Stacy and kaylla came early morning for me. Even later in the day or next day or for my trial the way they have handled everything, I have never experienced in any other salon. Felt very personal. I wish I had an option to give 10 stars.

She wasn't very good. My makeup eye shadow was not blended well, had smudges. She didn't fix my hair very well. As l was leaving, one of the ladies stopped me on her own & asked if she could fix my hair. So nice of her.
