We were not sure what size storage we would need. We completed the paperwork except for the unit no and date, called when we knew which unit we would need, paid over the phone, final information was provided to us and everything was ready to unload when we arrived. They also offered extra time if we needed it. Very pleasant people to deal with.
I have used this place twice now to get an early start on moving and have had a great experience both times. It was not only easy to reserve units with great deals, but the staff was pleasant and helped get me out of there fast so I could go back to work. Both units I had were great, and felt safe coming here. The staff offered me cookies and coffee while signing the notice to vacate papers.
Very friendly desk lady and helpful when we forgot our passcode to get in. Great price very clean
