I'm so glad I found them online. I went in yesterday and exceptional customer service. The office and warehouse staff are so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I gained some great insight and product knowledge. Why buy from companies who just are distributors along the distribution food chain. These guys get their products right from the direct source and know a ton about their industry. Highly recommend and if you don't you're loss.

I called with some questions about some packaging supplies. Rather than answer my questions the young lady offered to send me a few samples of what I was looking for. A week later I had not received anything. I called left a message, and got nothing. Left a second and got nothing. Called back and am told nobody is there that can help me someone will get back to me. 2 days later and still nothing. I begged for either samples or someone who could answer my questions and was told that there was nothing they could do. So, it is impossible to do business of any kind with these people. A complete waste of your time and effort. I truly wanted to supply my products with CA based suppliers but went with WA state based instead. It sucks to send the money out of state but these people just wouldn't take it.
