After renting this place for 14yrs, since 2006 we were charged 250 for deep cleaning. During this 14years the carpet was never changed, the apartment was never painted or anything else. I contacted the office to find out why we were charged because we left the apartment as nice and clean is possible and we were told due to COVID-19 they have to charge everyone for deep cleaning since they can’t rent it out to anyone else without deep cleaning. Okay I agree they should deep clean before renting it out again, but how is that my problem to pay for. I mean the also have to paint the apartment, change the carpet, and probably replace most of the appliances since they are so old. And her response was that they were told by the corporate office to charge everyone for deep cleaning.

I did not live in these apartments, but it has a great and and very professional manager and it is a very clean apartments
The management team at Village Crossings is the BEST! I moved my elderly father here 2 years ago and Michelle, Carmen, and the whole office team were extremely effective and efficient with the entire application process. Everything went through very smoothly. They really know what they’re doing and informed us of everything that had to be done. I really appreciate all the help they gave to my father!
Individual working in office are rude and showing attitude toward non residents especially when visitors stop by their office. They would respond with a straight answer along with an attitude accent. The worse my morning by showing their attitude accents. They are not welcoming.
The staff has an attitude like no other I heard them talking down to a renter simply asking for assistance to gain entry to their mail box I'm 8 plus months pregnant needed to use the restroom and they wouldn't let me I would not rent from them.
I love these apartments! So spacious the floors are nice there is so much closet space my kids have walk in closests everyone is so friendly and no matter what time and day the whole apartment complex is very quiet and BEAUTIFUL AREA!

The most convenient place to live and I have been here for a long time. Seen management come and go. Some good, some not so good. Wish they would use better quality materials. Also, do some upgrade for residents that have been here for over 10 yrs. free of charge without all the hassle.
