I mean...it's a plaza. I guess I'll give it a 5. There are a few restaurants, a couple stores, and a few service type places.

I mainly go here for Safe Credit Union but I've stopped at food spots too. It's a very nice clean little area. And even though it's in elk Grove it's far enough from main roads to not have homeless people all over it. Also tons of parking and a few options for getting in and out which is awesome.

Technically speaking, Elk Grove is my OG hometown'1992. Alot of new developments since. But one still feels like home... Waterman plaza is superbly acceptable. Everything is beautifully designed.

I go to the. T-Mobile store here and the employees are really great like Wintson and I Just got the Samsung Galaxy A20 cellphone on January 15th 2020 and it is a great cellphone

Bel Air is great! When I needed help out with the groceries, they didn't hesitate. I also like Great Clips. That's where my hubby goes to get his hair cut. My kids like Cold Stone but they're a bit pricey for ice cream. All in all, it's a great plaza.
