K&K sent a technician to repair my Bosch hot water heater. He got lost coming to my home and complained to me that I was somehow at fault for his GPS not being absolutely clear. Since the K&K technician was unfamiliar with the unit, he called Bosch to assist in the repair. He was confounded by the operation of the water heater and kept suggesting that the unit was dangerous and “he would not have one of these in his home”. All the while he was on the phone with Bosch, he complained about the quality of the unit and disparaged the manufacturer, rather than listen to the Bosch support technician guide him through the repair process, never attempting the suggested repair. I felt he was trying to convince me that my water heater was dangerous and unrepairable and should be replaced immediately. By this time, I had had enough of his ineptitude and whining. I thanked him, paid for the service call and got him out of my house. After he left, I attempted the adjustment of the micro switch suggested by the Bosch technician and lo and behold, the water heater began to work as expected. Perhaps this technician should listen more than talk. I would never use this service and nor should you

K&K recently installed a new water heater in our condo, along with a separate whole-system shut off valve so that I wouldn't have to go into the crawl space. We did some comparison shopping, but really wanted to stay local. We did, and we are extremely satisfied with our decision. Every person we dealt with did a wonderfully professional job. Deanna was very organized and friendly in the scheduling and billing process. The team of installers were also friendly, arrived on time and tried really hard to keep things as clean as possible. I called in a “no heat”. Within minutes the owner, Kevin called me and stopped by to assess the issue. K&K repair tech made us a priority. Kevin assisted to make sure it got done quickly as the temperature in the house had dropped into the low 50s. I would recommend them to friends and family without reservation!

I realistically wish there was a no-star rating no call backs and when you try to call them back to follow up they never return your calls or answer their phones. The receptionist will answer the phone but when you call to get a quote they play phone tag with you I guess they have their priority customers and the people they don't really care about, Then they tried to say they left me a \verbalquote\ that I never received, OMG
