Having being born with a hearing loss, I struggled all through school. It was hard to hear the teachers speak, so I missed a lot. They kept sending me to the office to have my hearing checked. Finally the teachers realized that I needed extra help. They would stand by my desk and make sure I could hear them when they gave spelling tests or spoke about other things. My parents once bought me a hearing aid. It was the old style back then. It just didn't work for me. I hated it. Years later, I was working in an office environment. Again, I missed a lot. I realized I had to get a hearing aid to help me do my work properly. Over the years, I've had several hearing aids which were all "just okay". Lately, I've been limping along with an old, in-the-ear model. I decided it was time to try something new. I called Home Service Hearing Aid and made an appointment. I was greeted warmly by the staff. I was given a hearing test and asked to repeat words. I heard most of the words out of my right ear, but could not understand any words from my left. Shai spent a lot of time with me and evaluated my hearing. She selected the hearing aid she thought would best work for me. Within a few days, my hearing aids were ready. She made sure they fit properly, explained many things to help me understand how they worked. I have been totally amazed at the way these hearing aids. It's like a miracle! Hearing things I never heard before; it's incredible. It has changed my life. I used to have the TV blaring much to my husband's dismay. Now, I can turn up volume on the aids not on the TV. This makes my husband very happy. I can't tell you how much this has changed my life. Thank you so much!

If it was possible, I would put six stars on Home Service Hearing Aid, Inc. Not only do they focus on the need of their patients -- something that should be a given! -- they are careful to provide all the answers to every question about the most up-to-the-date hearing aid technology, options, and features. They are enormously patient. They will provide you with an accurate assessment and recommendation. Nonetheless, if you want to head in a specific direction, they will help you do that. My intention is never to buy another set of hearing aids from anyone else. They are friendly, through, helpful, supportive, accommodating, cheerful, encouraging... just think about any of those other adjectives along these lines. Honestly, my fellow hearing aid users, I would happily put my own reputation in the hands of HSHA. You will not go wrong by working with them... I promise!
