Clean, friendly and helpful staff and very spacious. Always lots of great equipment too. Love the massage beds and tanning. I would have given 5 stars, but the wifi sometimes is very spotty and sometimes can not get music or video to play properly. I would recommend this gets fixed. Thanks

So happy to finally have a PF 5 minutes away from me! There are no big gyms in the area that offers the amenities that PF has to offer at the price point. I absolutely love this gym & have nothing bad to say. I love being one of the only ones there in the middle of the night, extremely relaxing. Tanning beds are AMAZING, better than most beds I’ve used at actual tanning salons & the massage chairs are a plus.

This gym is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, new, and the equipment and amenities are great. Not to mention the staff. They are fantastic. I go a few times a week and always ask for a massage chair and they’re on it, right away. One of the staff members helped me pick out tanning products too! They deal with busy nights sometimes and I can’t remember a single bad experience here. Cannot talk up this gym enough. I’m really glad they put a location in Elk River. They are top tier.

Great place to go .... but people do not know how to talk on the phone. Pretty much will tell you that you can't do anything online anymore and you can only see anything on the app. Won't even let you finish talking. Rude as heck!!!!

I recently cancelled my membership at a local gym to workout here because I travel a lot and enjoy having the flexibility of working out at any Planet Fitness with the black card. I added 40 minutes round trip to come to this club as opposed to my previous club. This gym for some reason is always cold. It’s Minnesota, during winter? I come here to sweat. Why do we need the A/C constantly blowing cold air and the giant fans spinning at high speed? This is not while the gym is packed. This is happening when I’m there mid day when there’s only 5 other people. Today I requested to use the stand up tanning bed when I arrived. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I delayed beginning my workout so I could tan first. After waiting 10 minutes in the lobby I checked back with the front desk. 7 minutes I was told. This time I waited in the room just outside of where the tanning beds are located. After 7 minutes I walk back to the desk and ask if the bed is ready. The person looked confused and I noticed my name had been erased from the list. When I asked the man who I originally set up the tanning with what happened he said he didn’t know, and that they’re busy. I understand being busy, but I’m busy as well. I don’t have an extra 30 minutes to sit and wait. Please address your operating procedures.

The employees were wonderful and the location was clean and quiet. My only issue is that the handicap shower in the women's locker room was busted. Looks like someone had ripped the shower head off the wall. I know this isn't the fault of the employees, but I was disappointed. I need that stall to shower safely.

Planet Fitness in Elk River is an amazing facility loaded with a very courteous and helpful staff along with every machine you could ever hope for. Then, there’s the spa for additional fitness and relaxation. This is easily the best value in fitness.

I joined in February and have yet to go to the facility. I closed the account I did the original billing on, and have informed them of this. They have a new account to bill but still use the old account and of course charge me fees. I asked them not to use that account and they will not remove the account unless I give them a third account to bill. I asked to cancel but I need to come in and sign to cancel. I didn't have to come in and sign for them to take my money in the first place. They are not concerned I haven't come into to use the facility, but I to have me come in to stop taking my money. Clearly my fitness is not their concern, nor is doing right by the customer.
