I was on a serious mission to find the right outdoor deck set, I mean, summer of 2020 is definitely screaming home sweet home, so on my mission to complete my summer oasis I came across a set at Furniture Mart(Elk River). I first called with questions, and was helped by Kelly. So of course, she is who I asked for when I went in an hour later. I was greeted by Tanner, who was also extremely pleasant. Having never been here before, I was immediately impressed with this store already(both by Kelly via our call and now upon being greeted). Kelly deserved my sale 110%! She was informative, kind, and fun to work with! She is what good customer service is made of! Thank you, Kelly!! :)

We received an adjustable base for our bed that was defective at delivery. We called Elk River Furniture Mart and talked with Andrew, he took it upon himself to expedite an exchange. We received the exchange of the adjustable base that same evening. Now that is Great Customer Service!!! Thank you Andrew
