Do not buy anything from this company. Shame on me. I have bought 5 Slow Roller Custom shades and every one has been damaged in some way. Over 1500 worth. Broken end caps, bent and broken roller mechanism's. The most recent purchase they used defective material and it has a dark line right down the middle. Now they want me to fix it myself. Me personally I think the person who made the blind knew the material was defective then broke the blind on purpose because it was packaged so well I don't know how it could have got broken,

I would like to say thanks to the lady I spoke with on the phone. I am sorry that I did not remember your name. I had a broken part in my blinds. I called on the phone and they asked me a few questions and for a few measurements. She said let me check to see if we have it in stock. We do she replied. Give me your name and address and I will ship out today. No charge for the part or shipping. I received the part a week later. I wish all companies were this good to work with. I will always buy and use your your products when needed. I will be the first to recommend your company to anyone who ask about blinds Thank you once again Barry K.
Ordered a custom folding shower door from Rec Pro. Rec Pro order the folding door from this company. There was a tear in one of the pleats. Irvine told Rec Pro it was not there product. Surprisingly there is a label stating the manufacturer was Irvine Shade and Door Inc.
Applied for a job and never got called back.
Outstanding support, needed a broken catch replaced, I called Irvine shade and door, they shipped me the components which I had in 3 days. They are great, wish more companies were half as proactive as they are. I’ll be purchasing all my shades from them in the future. They them and you’ll be happy. Scott Jones
