The doctor who does the eye exam is SO tuned in with his craft that I didn’t even know the exam was over until he told me to leave the room. HAHA. Shared many funny conversations mid exam... shopping around for glasses was fun as well, we made sure that I didn’t look silly with glasses, or too young or old. I believe we found a couple great pairs that matched my face.

I needed emergency surgery on my glasses! They broke while I was at work. I was blind and helpless and had to drive carefully back to Elkhart from Goshen to RX OPTICAL office on Cassopolis Street. I waited for only a moment before Kiarra and Juana came to my assistance. They were courteous and professional and took my glasses in for repair. Before I could change my radio station, they had returned with my specs, freshly cleaned and in tip top shape! After checking the fit, they wished me well and had me on my way in a jiffy! Thanks RX OPTICAL for saving the day!
Very patient and accommodating! Needed lenses and Kiarra helped out every step of the way providing updates and answering questions when asked.
I arrived at 12:40 on a Saturday. Knowing they closed at 1:00, I actually didn't think I had enough time to get my glasses fitted and ordered before they closed. I lady who waited on me, was very kind and professional. I found my style I wanted, had them fitted and ordered in 25 minutes I highly recommend this place.
What a joke of a place..........got my glasses wrong awhile back then wanted to charge more to make it right.......nose piece fell off and wanted me to wait almost 24 hours for an appointment thank you Walmart for fixing it immediately guess I know where to go from now on and it won't be rx optical..........
