Compliments to Chef Vargas! My husband, mother and I went here today and this was hands down by far the best food we have tasted everything from the food to the little details in sauces you can definitely taste the Chef's passion through his food I highly recommend this restaurant and the service we received was excellent. We will be back to try everything on the menu. Our new favorite spot.

The food is delicious. Did takeout will visit again to dine in. Fish tacos are huge. The barbaco benedict was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!
In a Google search, find restaurants near me tonight we stumbled upon Chef Vargas. Wow so glad we did. We got take out and it was absolutely amazing. The good was so good that I'm still eating as I'm writing this. We will absolutely be eating there again.

Yesterday was the first time we went to this restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We had a good time with the good service, with the superb dishes and booze and with the comfortable charge. We will no doubt return there in a short time.
