My arrangement was very pretty & they even upgraded it because they had a few extra pineapples. My strawberries were small. I'm guessing because they're not really in season here. Everything was delicious. They were really fast, informative & clean. I definitely recommend them.

I placed an online order at 9:30am to be picked up by 10:30am. When I arrived about 11:30am my basket wasn't ready and was told that the produce hasn't arrived yet. My issue is why not call the customer. Then the man acted like it was nothing he could do, his attitude was like like oh well. He ended up making me a basket which wasn't what I had paid for, looked smaller and wasn't pretty fruit didn't even look pretty. I felt it was a total waste of 66. Not to meantion I didn't order chocolate watermelon balls are pink. Just very unprofessional and unsatisfying. Ruined my birthday gift to my friend again look at the size cant be worth 66

I called just to check to make sure that my arrangement was sent out. The person that answered the phone evidently didn’t know exactly how to handle my simple request. “Did the arrangement go out and who did you send it too” I was just double checking. So before she would just put me on hold an have someone else take the call. She told me her delivery guy was out and it was delivered, and she hung up on me not once but twice. When I called back the third time I requested to speak to a manager she screamed in my ear whatever the manager name was come and get the phone. The manager got on the phone when I told her how rude the person was she told me oh she’s new and she just dismissed it like that. I apologize in a very on shallot uncaring tone. Very rude and unprofessional they never have to worry about me ever getting another arrangement from them nor will I refer them. Horrible customer service.
I didn't have a great customer service experience here with Esther. I've gotten 2 father's Day bundles and everything was placed in one bag with one set of balloons and a message. I let Esther know that I was waiting for another order. She stated I had three things. I said it should be 2 different bundles afterward she sat down a bag brought in balloons and I stated I did not know what was in each bag she seemed flustered as she tossed my things from one bag to the next. I asked her if I could also print another message she pointed out mini envelopes and little message cards. So, to not to bother her again I pull out a pen and begin to write my message. My pen was not working properly so I asked if she had a pen which I see she has one in her hand she says no. So, I asked her name. She told me, and at this point she finds a pen right next to her in a cup filled with pens. I told her it was ok she sees me struggle to put my message tag on now she helps me put the bundle together, and includes a ribbon for the message tag. God bless her, it would have been nice to get that type of service the first time around. Outside of that Yum! Treats were delicious! the men in my life stated as I made their deliveries.
Edible Arrangements made my day! And my sister's day! The other day, I got a call from my sister who had been running errands in preparation for major surgery. She started her day feelink okay but when she sat down I the nail salon, tears started to flow because of the reality of her current health issue. She called me saying that she wished I was with her, she didn't know that she would start feeling this way in such a public place. I offered to meet her at the nail salon but she said her nails were almost done and she was just going to go home. I felt helpless and wanted to give her a hug. I then thought of sending her an Edible Arrangement because the night before, she had joked that no matter how sick she is, "I'll never lose my appetite." I ordered a box of chocolate dipped strawberries on the website and it was at her house within a few hours. It wasn't long before she called me saying how happy she was and how the arrangement had made her day! Thank you so much! It has been so hard to get my sister to smile since learning of her diagnosis. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am that your store helped her to feel better, even if it was just for a few moments! Thank You!
