I purchased a new home and the heating was a bit uneven and not reaching the temperature I was setting on the thermostat. The Family Heating & Air Conditioning team came out (Josh) and checked everything out. Unfortunately they found a crack in the furnace...worst case scenario. But they walked me through the steps to purchasing/installing a new one and were very accommodating with my schedule (which was much appreciated given they were not able to turn the heat back on due to safety measures). We ended up installing a new furnace and a/c unit. They completed the job in two days. They both were respectful, hardworking and open to answering my questions. The heat has been working perfectly, and they will be coming out in the Spring to ensure the A/C unit is working properly as well. Will be using them again.

Last week our heater stopped working around 4PM. We had had Family HVAC service our heater in the fall. I called Family and was told someone would be out within the hour. Brew arrived in 45 minutes. He replaced the aquastat on our 41 yr old heater and recommended we consider replacing the unit, as it had lasted longer than normally expected. We agreed with Brew, who was very professional, and who offered to put the price of repairs toward a new unit. After due consideration, we set an installation appointment for the next week. Family arrived on time, showed great respect for us and for our house and accomplished the job in less than the expected amount of time. We also got a programmable thermostat. We were happy with our installation, and will not hesitate to call them for our future needs.

The family HVAC comfort protection plan… What a deal! It includes maintenance free emergency service, which I took them up on last week in the snow my heater died. They came out for no charge assess the problem and fix it on the spot at a great price!

Over the weekend when temperatures were below freezing and my heater would not turn on, I contacted them and Brew came out within 10 minutes. He was extremely professionally and had my heat up and running in minutes. I would recommend Brew and this company to anyone. He was extremely professional and made sure that it worked properly before moving on to the next job.
