Friendly staff. Affordable prices for what u want in a basic gym. Classes, cardio equipment and weights. They have some of the better policies for covid maintenance. One does have verify if on site equipment will work for you. No spin cycles.

The atmosphere and staff are down-to-earth, experts at their craft and always encouraging members to be healthy. The class programs are diverse in age, ethnicity and gender - accommodating all levels of ability. I’ve been a member for 9 months and have been to several different classes and worked with a trainer. These are great folks! Highly recommended.

Great place to workout and a great community. At Fitness 19, every member and staff member are by your side to motivate you to reach your goals. It is not just a gym where you show up to workout, It is a community full of hardworking athletes who are determined to help each other reach any desirable goals. I recommend this gym to any person whether your a Division 1 athlete or just trying to shed off a few pounds. It is a great experience!
