I came their trying to get NJ prints. They were very helpful in redirecting me. I am rescheduled with a date set. Very happy with the staff.

Efficient and friendly but they need to make sure a sign is visible that they only accept 5 people in the office space so we can tell we need to wait in the vestibule area.

Had to get fingerprints for pre employment, was there prior to my appointment and was checked in quickly. The greeting other people and I received was less than friendly. I got called into the fingerprinting room pretty fast just to receive poor customer service, wasn't explained about the procedure just told to put my hands down and moved forward by grabbing my fingers and pressing down . Long story short when everything was completed he didn't even say I was done, I just assumed since I was standing there I was done.

They are trying to do their best with social distancing and hand sanitizing before checking into the waiting area. I didn't have to wait especially long and the fingerprinting was done smoothly. That being said, I waited outside until enough people had left the waiting room, then came in and followed the mask/hand sanitizer/social distancing procedures, only for the man that actually did my fingerprinting to be wearing his mask under his nose the entire time I was in the room with him. I know the masks suck but come on. Also they really need to sanitize the tablet used for check-in between uses.
