Julio and his team at Pro Floor Sanding get 5 stars, easy! We just bought a 100 year old house and the floors needed some love. We found the team at Pro Floor Sanding through a neighbor and I am so happy we got a quote and went with them! Now, getting your old floors refinished is a large job, taking a week in our case. But, Julio and his team were amazing every step of the way. Julio was always in communication about every day, and every step. His team always showed up on time to carry out their work and were always very friendly and hard working. Morevoer, they kept the job clean at the end of every day! The entire process was all just WOW AMAZING!! And their work is nothing less of spectacular. As I mentioned, our floor is 100 years old. They fixed the few spots that required fixing, replacing a few boards where needed and sanded out the stains and brought so much life back into this old floor and stairs. We went with Julio's recommendation for stain color and couldn't be happier! Once the three top finishing coats were applied the old floors amazing! While I didn't see the floors when they were first installed and finished, I would bet they look better now than they did when brand new. Yes, the work is that amazing! Impressive work. On time. On budget. Very friendly and courteous workers. Clean and careful. If you need your wood floors refinished, do not hesitate to call Julio and his team! These guys are one impressive group!

I was referred to Julio by previous home owner. I was told by Julio that my floor refinishing could be started the next day, then Julio informed me that he accepted another job and it would be 3-4 weeks before my floors could be refinished.
Julio and his team were amazing, we are thrilled with our floors! We had Bruce oak tongue and groove wood floors installed 17 years ago and they were badly worn and scratched. Pro Floor Sanding gave us a fair price, showed up a day earlier (with a phone call to make sure this was okay) and finished the job earlier than expected. They carefully protected our kitchen cabinets, appliances, and other areas of the house from dust. At the end of the job they left our place immaculate. We think our floors look nicer now than when they were brand new! The wood grain looks beautiful, the finish is a soft satin glow, and you can't even tell where the former scratches were. We would hire Julio's Pro Floor Sanding again and will recommend them to friends.
Julio and his crew did a wonderful job on my 78 year old oak floors. They brought them back to life and it looks like they added another 78 years to them. :)
