After being a very happy customer for the past 20 years and not ever having a complaint of any kind. I am saddened that I will never again be back. It would take a novel on all the issues I had the five days I was there but the just of it is you have the rudest, most unprofessional, condescending staff I have ever encountered. I would happily give more details if needed. You should seriously consider the image you want your place to have because employees like that are damaging. I have been never or felt so uncomfortable, harassed and stalked as This trip and that is the last time I will be treated like that for no reason. If they had such an obsessed idea about people in my room all they had to do was come and see themselves. Or watch the camera above my room would have settled it. Feel free to contact me through email on registration if you have questions. I also have pictures of room when we left it. If for whatever reason a rule was being broke someone could have simply pointed it out. There was nothing posted or said that guests could not have visitors. Their attitudes might be justifiable if myself or guest caused any sort of problems but we didn't. Thanks for your response.

The gentleman on nights was super nice and professional. Sadly, the only thing that was up to Comfort Inn standards were the comfortable clean beds. The pool AND whirlpool were not functional (not posted when we booked on Expedia); The price was higher than any other Comfort Inn on our travels; They didn't tell us that there wouldn't be a REAL BREAKFAST (which we clearly paid for), but since there "weren't enough guests" they pre-packed the most disgusting "bag-breakfast" complete with WARM YOGURT, room temperature bottled water, mushy oranges that had the rines pre-cut (to let bacteria in?), and an overly ripe banana... and only one per guest (not that I wanted 2 bags of potential food poisoning; COFFEE WAS LUKE WARM; To top it off the day staff seems to need training on what it means to be in the hospitality industry, specifically professionalism, not to point fingers, when to not talk about yourself, and they really need to have options to make better decisions instead of using the excuse that "this is what we're supposed to do" & "I don't know how that works". I've never been disappointed in a Comfort Inn until now.
Louanne at the front desk is simply amazing!! Sweet, funny, and Friendly. Her and the manager went out of their way for us! It's clean, friendly, easy to get too and super affordable! I WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN! My new home away from home! stay here, you'll love it!
Clean rooms friendly staff will definitely stay here again just be aware if you're driving a big moving truck or a semi there's not enough room to park

10/10 We stayed here when our car broke down just outside of Elko. They went above and beyond in helping us deal with our car problems. The hotel is also clean and a great place to stay if you are passing through.
