The morning staff is very rude and abrupt. If you need help above anything that is basic, they will not assist you. My husband and I had a transaction with a young man yesterday that was very pleasant, and able to assist us, although the process did take about 5 minutes. Today when we needed assistance for the same exact transaction, both women were very rude , with poor customer service and a blunt abrupt attitude. Then they refused to assist us, despite our many attempts to explain how the pleasant young man the day before was able to help us. They created a conflict in order to refuse assist. I will be contacting higher up with my concerns, as the rude cashier exclaimed loudly and embarrassing us in front of other customers that she is the manager.

I made an appointment online for 1130 for a flu shot. Got there 5 minutes early and still had to wait 25 minutes. Has to leave without a flu shot and wasted my lunch hour
Pharmacy has gone completely down hill. They don't answer phones don't have prescriptions ready when you are told. After being on hold for 45 min decided to drive the 45 min form wells just so I could talk to a person and then was told it would be another day for it to be filled. Had to demand it be filled while I waited. Then was treated with complete disrespect and the only answer I could get about the phones is that the system wasn't working and because of that they could add a notification that it was down. This is the second month in a row this has happened. So if you want to be treated poorly use this pharmacy. If you want better customer service use another pharmacy. The employment at this pharmacy is also constantly changing so you never know if you will see the same person from month to month.
They charge big so shown you use coupons you are paying regular prices and still charge higher than regular charges at Walmart
I have been with this Pharmacy for numerous years and up until recently I was happy with them. They have gone COMPLETELY down hill. There has been multiple times that they did not have my prescriptions in stock and had to order them. This is now the second time that my prescription was promised on a specific date and was not fulfilled. This is a medication I take every day and can not wait two weeks for them to find the time to order and refill on a monthly basis. I normally do not post negative reviews but I will be switching pharmacies and quite frankly I am over their extremely RUDE staff. And good luck getting through to them on the phone, I've waited on hold for 15 plus minutes multiple times. I am not sure what happened to them but I will not be going back there.
Told us my daughter's meds would be ready in 4 hrs 6 hrs later tell us they were out of labels for her meds so we couldn't pick it up tonight then asked if we would like to take it somewhere else granted this is 630 at night so in short to late to get it anywhere if they would of told us 6 HR earlier that they didn't have labels we could of gone elsewhere so now my 1 year old has to suffer tonight without it because they can't pick up a phone and call the number on file
This Pharmacy is the best. My dad is diabetic and gets his insulin from the VA. He does get quite a few of his prescriptions from CVS as do I. The VA got behind and ran him out of insulin. The local VA called them and they found a box of insulin pens that had broken and sold us 2 so that he will have enough to last until the VA ships his. They are always willing to help, which we have needed multiple times. If there were 10 stars I would rate them as that.
I cannot say enough good things, weather your on medicaid or private ins. Or if you pay for your own prescription costs. They even make you feel like someone they genuinely care about! The rewards program is one of a kind!! Make CVS your home pharmacy I am pleased I did!!!!!!
