Customer service like this just simply doesn’t exist anymore. We purchase a vacuum from them ten years ago that finally gave out. Took it into them and in under 2 hours it was repaired and the charge was minimal because we had purchased the vacuum from them even though it had been 10 years. They have earned my business for life.
