Due to a poor experience the first time around, my wife and I chose to call to ensure the availability of our reservation the day of our pickup. Our pickup time was 3pm. We started calling at 7:30 when they said they open until about 10. Each of us called over 10 times. The phone rang 5 minutes without anyone answering. Not trusting that everything would be in place because it wasn't the time we tried before, I went in and was told that the reason they did not answer the phone any of the multiple times we tried to call was because they were either helping someone or on the phone. It's hard for me to believe that, considering when I got there, I was the only person in the entire Airport other than staff. The 3 people in the back office of enterprise seemed completely bewildered as to why someone would be at their counter during business hours. Once we got to the details, I was told that if my wife did not pick the car up before the stroke of 3, they would leave. Why would you have a 3pm pickup time if you are supposed to close at 3? When I asked if the vehicle available is what we reserved, I was told that we were upgraded. GREAT! ...except for the reason we picked what we picked. We're driving 1000 miles and dont want to spend just as much money on gas. So, instead of the 30MPG crossover we needed, we'll be driving at 18MPG in an "upgrade" To top it off, she said the vehicle had been sitting there for a day and was still on E. To quote the employee, " and it looks like it's on E. So when you get back just return it on empty." I ask if I would be refunded for it being over E when I return it and she said no. I am very displeased with my experience.

Unprofessional the employees don’t know what their doing. I paid for a mid size car she tried to give me an Elantra. Tried to charge me a 150.00 drop off fee my car wasn’t even totaled to 150. She acted like she never dealt with military. Talked to another guy who charged me an additional 20 dollars for the update. Had to wait on the car the boss is standing in the back not saying anything . This is not okay. Is this how you guys treat people who serve this country I guess so. They don’t know wat they’re doing they deserve a negative 1 worst experience ever . I book enterprise all the time location needs to close. Unprofessional so disappointing .
Booked a car 3 days out. Went to go pick up, couldnt find my booking in the system even tho I called and talked to the manger Matt who book it. So the trainee ( I am guess from the lack of knowledge and experience ) had to start the process from square one. This took 45 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!!! No one was there to coach her nor help her in any way. The Manager and other co worker were helping speed other customers through. So as 3 other customers were sped through service given vechical options ( which we never got, it was this is the only car we have so this is what you get) and set on their way, we are still waiting for her to struggle through the paperwork. 40 minutes in, our frustration was starting to show for how ridiculous this was getting. The manager leans over to her and tells his employee, " They could always go somewhere else. " Funny, Hertz is no longer here so they are the only game in town. What a horrible experience. Not looking like I will be a returning customer.
The car was very comfortable for traveling very eco-friendly and house keeping was great!
Getting a rental was the best decision I ever made. It was super easy and convenient. The car was clean and full of gas ready to go.
It’s a bit of a wait checking in when they’re busy, but the car provided was reliable and very clean inside. Made the rental through USAA, and in that rental the underage driver fee was supposed to be waived at check in. The lady helping with check in was unaware. The check out process took a while and the underage driving fee had to be waived by the supervisor upon return.
