I'd refer my friends to go there and will definitely be back in the future when I need another vehicle. I can't remember his name but the guy in the finance department did a great job as well. You know, car buying is not my favorite thing to do. But this dealership and the people working there made it easy and seamless. From our Sales person Marcus Velasquez, who went the extra mile on everything to the finance department that rocked it as well. Love my car and what a great buying experience. After having a very poor experience at another dealership, my husband and I headed over to our local Ford dealership. Our sales rep was instantly responsive, helpful, and listened intently to our needs/wants. The financing process was lighting fast in comparison to our last buying experience, and the whole staff was wonderful. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
I wanted to say how helpful Logan Speidel was in my recent purchase. Originally went there to get my son a newer car and he was very helpful and patient with that purchase. That's when I came across this car. This car is absolutely the most complete car for fun, usability, fuel mileage, and performance. I know, sounds weird. Gallagher Ford is always a delight to work with, but having Logan made the whole experience even better. Thank you for you hard work!
Today, I purchased a truck at Gallagher Ford. Sanka was my sales person. She was awesome and I highly recommend her. The truck was great, the sale was seamless, and it was overall, a great experience. I lost count, but this was my sixth or seventh purchase there.
We had a great friendly experience with Gallagher Ford, I give to give all the credit to Sherry Hooper who guided us through it and made sure we comfortable buying our used Suv . She was not about to sell us a lemon. Things we were forgetting to check she was reminding us to. And that made us feel so comfortable. We got a great price on a great vehicle. I contacted Gallagher Ford after attempting to work with three other northern Nevada dealerships. All in all, it was a great experience. My sales representative, Jessica, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire sales cycle. After unsuccessfully attempting to locate a truck in SLC I decided to order one; it arrived in less than two months. The delivery process was smooth, friendly, and efficient - I was in and out in under an hour. I drove 300 miles (600 RT) and would do so again in a heartbeat to work with the Gallagher Ford team!
