Was seen in ED in Elko, 9/1/2019, received 1st communication from business office today, 11/22/2019.no prior bill, no EOB, no explanation Just “You are severely Delinquent for your amount of 43.37, and in 10 days (dated 11/14/2019) we will proceed with collection actions--“ What kind of CS low rent, activity is this. I am a physician and have never seen this slip shod work before!

High Desert Imaging performed an MRI on my shoulder and lower back. The staff was friendly and professional and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire procedure. Results of my study were provided to me quickly, within 24 hours. I would highly recommend HDI!

Last Friday could have possibly been one of the worst days of my life. On Thursday I was at the hospital with my toddler and oldest son ruling out appendicitis. Friday we had another medical emergency with my middle son...I was desperate to avoid the ER so I called HDI. They got us in quickly, let me wait with my toddler in an out of the way room and made us comfortable in every way possible. When the scary images came back, Jen talked to my doctor and set up a repeat x-ray in 24 hours. Even though they are closed on Saturday, Greg came in on his day off to help us out. The wonderful staff at HDI were so helpful and accommodating, I can not recommend them enough! Thank you for taking care of us!!

The experience of getting my X-ray done was good but getting the results of my X-ray was a complete joke and it is now 4 days later and the weekend and I have yet to get my results and that's after speaking with the office personnel 3 times two days ago they are obviously not to certain of what customer service really is much less good customer service..

Everyone there is amazing! Absolutely amazing! Everyone from scheduling all the way up to the radiologist. Teresa in scheduling is great and very helpful. Amber did my X-rays and her bedside manner is top notch! Greg! Greg is a rockstar! I wasnt prepared to remain stationary for the length of time necessary because i dont like pain pills. Greg easily rescheduled my MRI so i could be better prepared. Not once was he short with me even after i was complaining. (The complaints were about me and my pain) lastly there was Michelle Church! She is my hero. She arranged everything so quickly and even called when a opening was sooner. I will absolutely recommend H.D.I. and if I ever need imaging services again I will definitely request my care is handled by High Desert Imaging again. Thank You guys sooooo much! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
